PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our products come with a 60-calendar-day warranty from the date of issue of the electronic invoice.

The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects . It does not cover damage resulting from misuse or negligence, such as:

Process:

The customer must report the defect through our official channels (WhatsApp, Instagram or email).

Once the part is received, the Pomparosa team will evaluate the case within a maximum period of 30 calendar days .

If the defect is due to manufacturing, the part will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.

Note: Shipping costs associated with the warranty process are the customer's responsibility.

CHANGES

- General conditions to apply for a change:

Applies only to collectible items (does not apply to promotional, "SALE" or personalized products).

The exchange must be requested within a maximum of 8 calendar days from receipt of the product.

The piece must be new, unused, without damage or modifications , with original Pomparosa labels and badges.

Shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.
